Dighalia Upazila (khulna district) with an area of 77.16 sq km. is bounded by abhaynagar and kalia upazila on the north, khalishpur upazila and rupsa upazila on the south, terokhada upazila on the east, daulatpur upazila, khan jahan ali thana and Abhaynagar upazila on the west Main rivers are Bhairab, Chitra, Nabaganga.
